Ethiopia Guji Shakiso natural is a dry-processed (natural) coffee from the Shakiso district within the Guji zone of Ethiopia, known for its sweet, fruit-forward, and complex flavor profile featuring notes of berry, citrus, tropical fruit, and chocolate.

 

The natural process involves drying the whole coffee cherry before removing the bean, which enhances the fruitiness and complexity compared to washed coffees.
